Providers can shut a bot down at any time, and Telegram is not liable if you lose access, for any reason

An SP may, at its discretion, stop operating on Telegram and discontinue its bot at any time. If you can no longer access a bot or some of its features for any reason, Telegram will not be liable for any expenses, losses or damages you incur. The reasons listed are examples and the list is not closed: a technical error; the SP no longer maintaining the bot; the bot feature no longer supporting some or all features the bot integrates; a restriction imposed by Telegram on your account or on certain regions, bots or SPs; the bot being intentionally or inadvertently deleted by the SP; and external factors outside Telegram's control.
