TikTok runs the Platform with service providers, business partners and affiliates, including for ads

TikTok USDS Joint Venture operates the Platform for you and others to create, view, interact with and share content. It works with service providers, business partners (the Terms name BD TikTok USA LLC, called “TT Commerce & Global Services”, and its affiliates) and its own affiliates to provide certain important functions of the Platform, including in connection with e-commerce, marketing, advertising and other commercial services and activities. The Terms define “include” and “including” to mean “including but not limited to”, so the examples are not a complete list.

TikTok makes no commitments, warranties or representations about the quality, security or integrity of third-party applications and services you choose to use with the Platform.
