VICE may enforce content rights in your name without a duty to protect yours
VICE has no obligation to monitor or enforce your IP rights in User Content. The clause nevertheless authorizes it to protect and enforce rights in that content, including bringing and controlling actions in your name and on your behalf at its cost. You agree to consent and irrevocably appoint VICE attorney-in-fact with substitution and delegation powers.
