Cash pickup requires matching identification and confirmation details

The cash-pickup recipient name must exactly match their government-issued identification. Pickup requires the confirmation number Wells Fargo gives you, acceptable matching ID and any additional receiving-location information or authentication during normal business hours. Some locations require fingerprints or a photograph; some do not accept foreign passports, including U.S. passports. Call 1-800-556-0605 to ask which IDs a location accepts.

Extra error or fraud detection is discretionary and may delay a transfer

Actions to detect erroneous or unauthorized transfers are at Wells Fargo’s sole discretion. Repeating such an action does not make it a standard procedure, and Wells Fargo disclaims liability for failing to take or correctly perform it. You agree Wells Fargo may delay a transfer it detects as erroneous or unauthorized. This detection provision does not erase the separate error-investigation commitments or the stated statutory liability exceptions.
