The displayed FICO Score is for personal educational use

The service supplies a Fair Isaac Corporation credit score for your educational, noncommercial and personal use only. That restriction describes your use of the displayed score; it does not narrow the separate permission for Wells Fargo to use report information for offers and analytics.

The displayed score may differ from the one Wells Fargo uses

Wells Fargo may use a different FICO Score and other information when deciding whether to open an account or extend credit. The score you see through Credit Close-Up therefore is not necessarily the score used to evaluate your credit or deposit-account application.

Supporting quotations

The FICO® Score presented to you may not be the credit score we use to make account opening or credit decisions, and we may use other FICO® Scores and other information to review an application for a credit or deposit account.

Experian or CSIdentity will cover specified arbitration costs

At your request, Experian or CSIdentity will promptly reimburse an arbitration filing fee you paid. If you cannot pay, a written request triggers direct payment. They will pay all arbitration costs for a nonfrivolous service or addendum dispute with you. Each side may recover attorneys’ fees only to the same extent it could in court; the clause does not promise that every user’s lawyer fees will be paid.

It also says neither offers credit-repair services or advice or assistance for rebuilding or improving your credit history, rating or record.
