Automated systems may restrict or suspend your account for safety risks; you can challenge via contact details
In certain cases, automated processes that analyze your account and activity on the Airbnb Platform, together with information about activities on and off the platform that can be associated with you, could restrict or suspend your access if they detect activity that may pose a safety or other risk to Airbnb, its community or third parties. If you want to challenge a decision based on automated processes, the policy tells you to contact Airbnb through the Contact Information section, which lists, for U.S. residents, a mailing address, the dpo@airbnb.com email address and a toll-free number.
