Amazon can cut off your Alexa access without notice, and breach can mean no refund
Amazon may terminate your access to Alexa at its discretion without notice, except where applicable law requires notice. Separately, your rights under the Agreement end automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms; in case of such termination, Amazon may immediately revoke your access without refunding any fees. Amazon not enforcing strict compliance does not waive its rights.

You accept the whole Agreement simply by using Alexa, and that acceptance is made on behalf of yourself and every other person who uses Alexa under your account (for example, household members). If you do not accept the Agreement, you may not use Alexa.

By default, each voice purchase from Amazon made through a kid skill requires your approval, and you can turn off all voice purchasing in kid skills. You consent to receive automated text messages from Amazon requesting those approvals. To stop these automated texts, you can change the voice purchasing settings for kid skills in the Alexa App.
