Bloomberg trademarks are listed, and the list is not exhaustive
The closing notice lists names that are trademarks and service marks of Bloomberg Finance L.P. or its subsidiaries, such as BLOOMBERG, BLOOMBERG TERMINAL and BLOOMBERG.COM. A mark missing from the list does not waive Bloomberg's intellectual property rights in that name, mark or logo. The footer is marked 'Rev. September 2024' even though the heading says the notice is effective 24 November 2025.
