Calm can moderate without promising to monitor
Calm may monitor service use and review or edit user content at any time, for any reason, without notice, but has no obligation to do so. Where law permits it can remove or disable content without notice, including content it judges to violate the terms. Not enforcing once does not waive later enforcement. It may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement. The rule creates no third-party private claim or assurance that prohibited content will be absent.

We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law. In addition, this section does not create any private right of action on the part of any third-party or any reasonable expectation that the Services will not contain any User Content that is prohibited by such rules.
