Calm and its providers can process AI inputs to produce outputs
Some features may use machine learning, generative AI, language models or other AI systems. By using them, you agree that Calm and third-party service providers may process user content, prompts, queries and other submitted materials to generate responses, summaries, recommendations and other outputs.

AI-Enabled Features. Certain features of the Services may utilize deep learning, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence (AI), large language models, automated decision-support tools, or other AI technologies, models, algorithms, software or systems capable of generating outputs, predictions, recommendations, decisions or content (collectively, “AI Technologies”) as part of their functionality (“AI Features”). By accessing or using such AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that Calm and its third-party service providers may process any User Content, and any other information, prompts, queries, inputs or materials submitted by you to the AI Features (“Inputs”) to generate, create and return content, information, recommendations, responses, summaries, analyses, insights, and other materials based on such Inputs (“Outputs”).

Wellness inputs may personalize AI responses
You may choose to submit emotions, stress levels, experiences, goals or other wellness information for personalized outputs and an improved experience. Sensitive personal information is not required to use Calm or AI features. The Privacy Policy is referenced but not supplied here; these terms do not supply its detailed processing rules.

Sensitive and Wellness-Related Inputs. Certain AI Features may allow you to submit information regarding your emotions, well-being, stress levels, personal experiences, goals, or other wellness-related matters. You acknowledge that any such information you choose to provide may be processed by the AI Features to generate personalized Outputs and improve your experience with the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are not required to provide sensitive personal information to use the Services or any AI Feature. Any Outputs generated based on wellness-related or emotional Inputs are provided solely for informational and wellness-support purposes. Such Outputs, including personalized Outputs based on your preferences, goals, activities, behaviors, or wellness-related interests, do not constitute and should not be interpreted as medical advice, mental health advice, therapeutic advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a professional assessment, prediction, or determination regarding your health, mental health, medical condition, treatment needs, or eligibility for any service.
