Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Services;

Avoid, bypass, ignore, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Calm or any of Calm’s providers or any other third-party (including another user) to protect the Services;

Seek protection before exchanging sensitive arbitration material
If an arbitrator orders information exchange, both parties agree to cooperate in seeking protection for confidential, proprietary, trade-secret or otherwise sensitive material before it is exchanged or becomes subject to discovery. This is an obligation to seek protection, not a promise that the arbitrator will grant it.

(iv) If you or Calm submits a dispute to arbitration and the arbitrator orders any exchange of information, you and Calm agree to cooperate to seek from the arbitrator protection for any confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or otherwise sensitive information, documents, testimony, or other materials that might be exchanged or the subject of discovery in the arbitration. You and Calm agree to seek such protection before any such information, documents, testimony, or materials are exchanged or otherwise become the subject of discovery in the arbitration.
