Regardless of location, Calm offers rights to request more information about your data, access it including in portable form, and correct it, subject to legal limits and conditions. Submit requests to support@calm.com or through calm.com/contact using the Ask a question box. Calm may verify requests with matching information where appropriate under law and promises no discriminatory treatment for exercising rights.
Regardless of your location, but subject to certain limits and conditions provided under law, you have the right to request to:
know more about the information we have about you;
access information we have about you (including in a portable format);
correct information we have about you;
You can exercise these rights by emailing us at support@calm.com or by submitting the request on our website at calm.com/contact (click on the box that says “Ask a question” and type your request into the pop-up window). We will not provide discriminatory treatment against anyone that exercises any of their rights.
Where appropriate under applicable law, such as with respect to requests to know, correct, or delete, we may verify your request by asking you to provide information that matches information we have on file.

You may appoint an agent to exercise the policy's rights through the same email or website request channels. Calm may require proof of authority and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.

Authorized agents should submit requests through the same channels, but we may require proof that the person is authorized to act on your behalf and may also still ask you to verify your identity with us directly.

Colorado and Connecticut residents may designate an agent; the Connecticut clause specifically includes opt-outs for targeted advertising, sale and the profiling described in the policy. Calm may require proof of authority and direct identity verification under the general agent procedure. The policy says it does not currently process data in a way that triggers the significant-decision profiling opt-out.
Users in Colorado and Connecticut have the right to designate an agent to exercise your rights on your behalf.
Residents in Connecticut also have the right to designate another person to serve as your authorized agent to act on your behalf and opt-out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of your data, and profiling as listed above.
