Linking & Identification · Company practice
Your visits and ad views on one device can shape the ads you see on your other devices
For example, when you visit the Capital One Shopping website, its advertising providers may use that to decide whether to show you a Capital One Shopping ad on other websites; and when you view one of its ads on your computer, they may use that when deciding whether to show you a later ad on your laptop or mobile device.
