Some Services let you share your own content. Before sharing, you promise that you own and control the intellectual property rights (or have the needed license) and that it is lawful. Content must follow applicable policies, including the Content Policy. Coinbase may remove it at its discretion, without notice or liability, and may remove it without notice if it violates policy. You may be asked to make disclosures or label your content, and doing so inaccurately may lead to removal. Coinbase may label or categorize your content and let other users do so, which may affect how it is displayed.

When you share content through the Services you keep your intellectual property rights but grant Coinbase a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual and transferable license to host, publish, display, perform, reproduce, copy, distribute, communicate, modify, reformat, translate or otherwise use it, including text, images, video, audio, files and communications, to operate, improve, develop and promote the Services. If you believe content on Coinbase NFT infringes your rights, you agree to use the notice procedures on the Content Removals page. Coinbase says it follows the DMCA and responds to properly submitted notices, and repeat infringers may have their accounts disabled.

Attestations are non-transferable and for your personal use only. You may not impersonate another user or entity to obtain one, and purchasing, selling, lending or renting one is strictly prohibited. If you transfer the private keys of the self-hosted wallet holding an attestation to a third party, Coinbase may revoke it and take other action on your account it considers appropriate or necessary in its sole discretion.
