Technical data goes to Epic's U.S.-held records; if you object, do not use the app
The non-identifying technical data is transferred to and maintained in Epic's corporate records, which are generally held in the United States. If you do not want it transferred to the U.S., the agreement says not to use the app and to remove it from your devices. As an alternative, you may use the web-based version governed by a separate agreement between you and your provider, which the agreement says is not optimized for mobile devices and lacks some of the app's functionality.
