Flo may delete guideline-violating comments without prior notice and take enforcement action depending on the violation, including warnings, short-term suspension or permanent suspension for more serious offenses. Moderators consider intent, context, potential community harm and legal obligations, and do not remove comments solely because they were reported. A suspension or comment removal may be appealed through support@flo.health or the app’s Help menu.

Appeals sent through other channels are not considered. For a suspension appeal, explain why you believe the suspension was incorrect. Only the account owner can appeal an account suspension, and overturning it is not guaranteed.

After an appeal, Flo sends an automatic acknowledgment to the email registered with the account. It reviews appeals in arrival order and emails the appeal and account status after review, completing the process. Reversal is not guaranteed, and abusing or spamming the process may trigger further enforcement.
