SpaceXSI cannot guarantee security, and you must report breaches and secure your account

SpaceXSI says it cares about the security of your personal information but cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat its security measures or use your data for improper purposes, and you acknowledge that you provide your data at your own risk. You must notify SpaceXSI immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your user account and must immediately act to secure your account, including by changing your password.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpaceXSI and any SpaceXSI Indemnitee will under no circumstances be responsible for damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access to or use of the Service, your user account or the information in them. The exception is where your loss resulted from the willful misconduct or gross negligence of SpaceXSI or the Indemnitee. The Privacy and Data Security section separately says SpaceXSI cannot guarantee its security measures will always hold.
