Telehealth pricing is shown before checkout, charged by Wheel Provider Group, and processed via third-party processor
Total Telehealth Services cost is displayed before checkout or appointment confirmation. Professional fees are charged by the applicable Wheel Provider Group entity (with Wheel Health, Inc. collecting payment on its behalf in certain instances), and submitting payment information authorizes Wheel and its third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for the selected Services and any taxes or fees disclosed at checkout.

The total cost of Services will be displayed to you prior to checkout or confirmation of your appointment. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the pricing presented at the time of purchase.
Professional fees for Telehealth Services are charged by the applicable Wheel-affiliated professional entity (“Wheel Provider Group”). In certain instances, Wheel Health, Inc. collects payment on behalf of the Wheel Provider Group as its authorized administrative and payment processing agent.
Payments are processed through a secure, industry-standard third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Wheel and its payment processing provider to charge the payment method you provide for the Services selected, including any applicable taxes or fees disclosed at checkout.

Completed telehealth fees are non-refundable, missed visits may incur fees, and insurance reimbursement is unguaranteed
Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, fees for completed Telehealth Services are non-refundable, missed appointments or late cancellations may incur fees disclosed at booking, and Services are generally not billed to insurance (you are responsible for all charges and Wheel does not guarantee reimbursement from any insurer or benefit program, though documentation of Services rendered may be requested). Wheel may correct pricing errors, cancel transactions from obvious billing errors, or refuse or reverse charges in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment use, or Terms violations.

Wheel does not guarantee reimbursement from any insurer, health plan, employer-sponsored benefit program, or other third party. If requested, you may obtain documentation of Services rendered for submission to your insurer, subject to applicable law.
Wheel reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel transactions arising from obvious billing errors, or refuse or reverse charges in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment use, or violation of these Terms.
