Having a visit consents to AI recording and transcription for clinical notes unless you ask the Provider to disable it

During a patient consultation, Providers may use an AI program that records, captures, and transcribes consultation details to create clinical notes, support clinical workflows, and update health records. By having a visit, you consent to recording and transcription, though at the beginning of your visit you may ask your Provider to disable the AI tool.

As part of a patient consultation, the Providers may use an artificial intelligence program to assist in generating medical documentation and supporting certain clinical workflows. The artificial intelligence program records, captures and transcribes details from your consultation to create comprehensive and accurate clinical notes and to update your health records, allowing your Provider to focus entirely on your care.
