Moonshot receives a free model-optimization license, with a contact route to decline training use
To improve the service, you grant Moonshot a free license to use Input, Output and feedback for model optimization within the law's permitted scope. If you do not want your content used for model training, the terms direct you to contact Moonshot using the agreement's contact information. This clause does not specify how quickly a request takes effect or whether it reverses prior training use.

Uploading a minor's information is treated as agreement to lawful processing, with input limits
Moonshot asks users to obey relevant law and carefully upload information about minors. Upload is treated as agreement to processing of that minor-related content in the service under law and these terms. This does not remove section 4.2's requirement for informed consent, separate consent for sensitive information or legally compliant anonymization, or its prohibition on submitting sensitive personal information of under-14s.

11.3 TO PROTECT MINORS' PRIVACY, PLEASE STRICTLY ABIDE BY RELEVANT LAWS AND CAREFULLY UPLOAD CONTENT CONTAINING MINOR INFORMATION. ONCE UPLOADED, IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY PROCESS CONTENT RELATED TO THE MINOR IN THE SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW AND THIS AGREEMENT.
4.2 When submitting Input, you must: (a) Ensure it does not contain state secrets or data affecting national security or public interests, and does not infringe any person's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, honor rights, name rights, privacy, personal information rights and interests, or other lawful rights and interests; (b) For personal information, obtain informed consent (or separate consent for sensitive information), or apply anonymization measures that comply with legal requirements; otherwise, please do not upload such information to the platform; Do not submit sensitive personal information of minors under 14. (c) For commercial information (especially trade secrets), ensure you have the right to process it and apply necessary desensitization before upload.
