Some records remain after you cancel
Moonshot says it will retain corresponding registration data, behavior records and other logs after cancellation as required by laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law. The clause does not specify a retention duration.

You may cancel your account at any time. HOWEVER, ONCE CANCELLED, YOUR ACCOUNT DATA AND PAID RIGHTS ARE NOT RECOVERABLE. Please cancel your account with caution. After cancellation, we will still retain your corresponding registration data, behavior records, and other log information as required by laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law. If you violated this Agreement before cancellation, we retain the right to enforce our rights.
