Either side can end the Terms; Spotify can suspend or terminate for suspected breach, generally without refund

These Terms apply until you or Spotify terminate them. Spotify may terminate the Terms, including incorporated terms, or suspend your access at any time if it believes you breached the Terms, if it stops providing the service or a material part of it, or as it believes necessary to comply with law. If the Terms are terminated by either side or Spotify suspends access, you agree Spotify has no liability or responsibility to you and, except as the Terms expressly provide, will not refund amounts you already paid. One express exception is the prorated refund when Spotify permanently discontinues a Paid Subscription you prepaid directly. You may terminate the Terms at any time and then may not keep using the service.
