To list, sell or purchase Tickets the user must register an account and accept the User Agreement. Users must be at least 18 and able to enter legally binding contracts, and anyone registering for a business entity represents they have authority to bind it.

The user may terminate the User Agreement at any time by contacting Customer Service, and a request to close the account is treated as termination. Without limiting its rights under Clause 19 or Section 5.2.6 of the Seller Policies, StubHub may terminate the agreement at any time by giving at least thirty days’ notice by email to the registered address, and will then close the account.

In the event that you request that we close your Account, we will treat your request as termination of this User Agreement.

Prohibited conduct: off-site sales, data misuse, scraping, circumvention, abuse
Users agree not to contact other users except for the purpose for which contact information was provided and may not solicit sales outside the Site; use a Buyer’s personal data for anything but delivering Tickets without the Buyer’s agreement; behave abusively toward employees or users; violate venue or promoter rules or third-party terms; break or circumvent laws, third-party rights or the Additional Policies; post false, misleading or defamatory content; fail to fulfill sale or purchase obligations; use StubHub’s trademarks without written permission; copy, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Site content or software; use robots, spiders or scrapers or bypass robots.txt; impose an unreasonable load on infrastructure or interfere with the Site; commercialize or improperly export its applications; use the Site outside its intended technical limits; or do anything else StubHub determines in its sole reasonable discretion misuses the Site or harms its marketplace. Contact with other users is permitted only for the supplied purpose; soliciting off-site sales is prohibited. The copying restriction excepts your own information and permits prior written authorization with appropriate third-party permission. Automated access requires express written permission.

post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libelous content
fail to fulfill your contractual obligations regarding the sale or purchase of a Ticket
use our trademarks without our prior written permission
copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content (except for your information) or software from our Site or Services without our prior express written permission
use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our Site or Services for any purpose without our express written permission
take any action that imposes or may impose (to be determined in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
bypass our robot exclusion headers, robots.txt rules or any other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to our Site or Services
export or re-export any of our applications or tools except in compliance with the export control laws of any relevant jurisdiction
use or access the Site or Services (including, as applicable, the Campaign Hub) in any manner outside the technical and practical limitations of such Site or Service(s)
do anything else that we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, misuses the Site or Services or otherwise negatively impacts our marketplace
interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Site or Services or any activities conducted on or with our Site or Services
commercialize any of our applications or any information or software associated with such application
copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content (except for your information) or software from our Site or Services without our prior express written permission and the appropriate third party, as applicable;

For misconduct StubHub may suspend accounts, cancel sales and withhold payment
StubHub may take any actions it deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion, including limiting, suspending or terminating services and accounts, restricting access and activities, removing or requiring edits to listings, cancelling sales, requiring a Seller to send Tickets to a Buyer within a specified time, delaying or removing hosted content, removing special account status, reducing or eliminating discounts, withholding payment, and charging the Payment Method on file for amounts owed or costs incurred due to misconduct, including collection, chargeback and replacement costs. It may also take technical and legal steps to keep a user from using the Site.

We may take any actions we deem appropriate in our reasonable discretion for the conduct described above.
