Accounts need accurate details; payment methods on file may be charged
When opening an account the user must provide complete and accurate information, including full name, address, phone number, email address and a valid credit card, debit card or PayPal account, and must promptly update changes. The user acknowledges that StubHub may charge any payment method on file for amounts owed, costs incurred or other losses arising from a violation of the agreement, including the Additional Policies.

If the user resides in the United States, the user agrees that StubHub may, without further notice or warning and in its discretion, monitor or record telephone conversations the user or anyone acting for them has with StubHub or its agents, for quality control and training, or for its own protection. Not all calls are recorded and recordings are not guaranteed to be retained or retrievable.

Submitters must give personal details of themselves and people pictured
Submitters agree to provide, on request, information about themselves and others who appear in the Image, including name, date of birth, address, email address, social media usernames and any other information reasonably requested. The submission of such information is to be done in accordance with the User Agreement, including the User Privacy Notice.
