For access through a mobile application, StubHub grants the right to use the App only for personal use, and the user must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms such as a wireless data agreement. The App may not have the same functionality as the website. StubHub owns or licenses all rights in the Apps; users may not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer or derive source code from them, or remove or alter copyright, trademark or other notices.

They also grant the right to use their name or image in association with their User Content, if StubHub chooses, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, waive moral rights and promise not to assert them against StubHub, its sublicensees or assignees.

Users may not remove copyright, proprietary or identification markings or create derivative works from catalog content other than by including it in listings.

You may use catalog content solely in connection with your listings with us during the time your listings are on our Site.
we cannot promise that the catalogs will always be accurate and up-to-date, and you agree that you will not hold our catalog providers or us responsible for inaccuracies in their catalogs

Ideas, suggestions, documents or proposals submitted to StubHub are submitted voluntarily and with no expectation of confidentiality. By submitting Ideas the user grants StubHub ownership of them to use for any purpose, in any way, in any media now known or in the future and throughout the universe, without obligation or payment. StubHub may have something similar under consideration or in development.

By submitting an Image, the user grants StubHub and any current or future subsidiaries or affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide license to use it for commercial, advertising, promotional or any other purposes, in any media now or later known, in perpetuity without compensation, notification, credit or release, and without limit of time or territory, except as prohibited by law.

By submitting an image (the “Image”) to us you hereby agree to these Image Submission Terms and Conditions
