StubHub may investigate violations and weigh the user’s legitimate interests
StubHub may investigate potential or suspected violations of the User Agreement, Additional Policies, security protocols or best practices, third-party rights or applicable law, and other misconduct or abuse on or through the Services. In assessing which measures to take against a user, it says it will take the user’s legitimate interests into account and consider whether the user is responsible for the misconduct.
