You accept responsibility for violations, and Z.ai disclaims responsibility for infringement arising from knowing or reasonably knowable infringing use, unauthorized or unlicensed third-party content, inducing infringement, removing attribution, infringing use or alteration of outputs, infringing combinations with other content or services, or unauthorized trademark or brand use of generated content.

b. Using unauthorized content within products or services on Z.ai.

d. Using content that explicitly belongs to a third party without permission.

g. Combining generated content with external, content of third party, products, or services in a manner that leads to infringement.

You may report infringement with supporting evidence
If Z.ai or generated content infringes your IP or other legal rights, you may send a legally compliant notice with evidence. The displayed address is user_feedback@z.ai, but its mail link targets support@z.ai. Z.ai says it will take appropriate action, including removing or disabling content it believes violates the terms, and may terminate access for repeat infringers.

Z.ai says it will remove or disable reported content after verifying the claim’s authenticity, but model-training time may delay the effect. It processes only English-language copyright notices that strictly meet applicable law and these terms. No fixed response deadline is stated in these clauses.

Z.ai says it will not claim ownership of inputs or End User Content.
