You promise you are at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live if older), have not previously been removed from Twitch, and are not legally prohibited from using it. The services are not available to persons under 13, under 16 in Australia, or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction of residence if older than 13 (the “Minimum Age”). If you are between the Minimum Age and the age of legal majority you may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Terms. If you are between the Minimum Age and the age of legal majority in Brazil, you must obtain a judicial permit from the competent Brazilian judicial authority before producing or distributing monetized or sponsored content. By downloading, installing or otherwise using the services you represent that you meet the Minimum Age, that your parent or guardian agrees to be bound if you are a minor, and that you have not been removed and are not prohibited from receiving the services.

When you open an account you are asked for information such as an account name and password, and you must make sure what you provide at registration and at all other times is true, accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to the devices you use. If you permit others to use your credentials you agree to the Terms on behalf of all persons using the services under your account or password and are responsible for all activities under it.

You may not sell, rent, share or transfer your account; Twitch may act
Unless Twitch expressly permits it in writing, you may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, share or provide access to your account to anyone, including charging anyone for access to administrative rights. Twitch reserves all available legal rights and remedies to prevent unauthorized use of the services, including technological barriers, IP mapping and, in serious cases, directly contacting your Internet Service Provider about such use.

Twitch reserves all available legal rights and remedies to prevent unauthorized use of the Twitch Services, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and, in serious cases, directly contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) regarding such unauthorized use.
Authorized Users and tools act for you; you answer for what they do
Twitch may provide functionality letting you authorize other Twitch accounts to access, use, post or manage data, content, offers or other features on your behalf (“Authorized Users”), or third-party tools to do the same. When you designate an Authorized User or enable a third-party tool you represent and warrant that you are solely responsible for all their activities under your account, that their activities comply with the Terms and Guidelines, and that Twitch has no liability for their acts or omissions. When you act as an Authorized User for another user you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority, including to accept agreements for that user, and that you will stop immediately if your authorization expires or is revoked.

Twitch may provide functionality allowing you to authorize other Twitch accounts to access, use, post, or manage data, content, offers, or other features on the Twitch Services on your behalf (“Authorized Users”), or third party tools to do the same.
When you designate another user as an Authorized User or enable a third-party tool to perform the activities of an Authorized User, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are solely responsible for all of their activities occurring under your account, (ii) the Authorized User’s activities comply with these Terms of Service and the Guidelines, and (iii) Twitch does not and will not have liability for the Authorized User’s acts or omissions.
When you act as an Authorized User for another Twitch user’s account, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the valid right and authority to access or act under that user’s account, including (as applicable) the right and authority to accept agreements on behalf of that user, and (ii) if your authorization from that user expires or is revoked, you will immediately stop accessing or acting under that user’s account.
You can end the agreement any time; EU, EEA and UK consumers may withdraw
You may terminate your license to use the services and the Terms at your discretion at any time by ceasing to use the services or, if you are a registered user, by deleting your Twitch account. For residents of the European Union or European Economic Area or of the United Kingdom acting as a Consumer, you may have a right to withdraw from or cancel the agreement for use of the services within a specific cooling-off period, and when and how this right may apply is explained in Twitch's EU, EEA & UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal Information.

You may terminate your license to use the Twitch Services and this Terms of Service agreement at your discretion at any time by ceasing to use the Twitch Services or, if you are a registered user, by deleting your Twitch account.

Twitch may stop services or end your access without notice, incl. purchases
Twitch has the right to stop providing the services or any features to you or all users and to end or suspend your ability to use the services, including access to any purchased products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, it reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to stop providing the services or features to you or users generally, terminate the agreement, terminate your license including to post User Content, and block your future access for any reason, including if your use violates the Terms or law, you fraudulently use or misuse the services, or it cannot continue providing the services for technical or legitimate business reasons. This includes terminating or suspending access to purchased products or services, including subscriptions, Prime Gaming or Turbo accounts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the services, any term of the Terms, any policy or practice of Twitch in operating the services, or any content or information transmitted through them is to terminate your account and stop using the services. For residents of the European Union or European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland acting as a Consumer, the Terms say Twitch will without delay notify you of the reason for its action, except where it reasonably considers notice legally prohibited, for instance where it would violate laws, regulations or regulatory orders or compromise an ongoing regulatory investigation, or that notice may cause harm to you, third parties, Twitch or its affiliates, for instance to the security of the services.
