You may not break laws, use eBay while ineligible, or share your account
You agree to comply with the User Agreement, eBay's policies and terms and all applicable laws, and not to breach or circumvent laws, third-party rights, eBay's systems, policies or account-status determinations. You may not use the Services if you cannot form legally binding contracts, for example if under 18, if you are suspended, or if transactions with you are prohibited under sanctions. You may not transfer your account or user ID without consent or share your log-in credentials with third parties, though a Multi-User Account Access program is offered for authorized users.

In connection with using or accessing our Services you agree to comply with this User Agreement, our policies, our terms, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and you will not:
breach or circumvent any laws, regulations, third-party rights or our systems, Services, policies, or determinations of your account status;
use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example, if you are under 18 years old), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our Services, or are a person with whom transactions are prohibited under economic or trade sanctions;
transfer your eBay account (including feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent;

eBay may restrict accounts and remove content at its sole discretion
Sellers must meet eBay's minimum performance standards, and failure may lead to additional fees or limiting, restricting, suspending or downgrading the seller account. If eBay believes you violate the agreement or policies or abuse the Services, it may in its sole discretion limit, suspend or terminate accounts and access, delay or remove hosted content, remove special status, remove, not display or demote listings, reduce or eliminate discounts and take technical or legal steps to prevent use. Policies against offers to buy or sell outside eBay carry further actions, including fees and recovery of enforcement expenses. eBay may cancel unconfirmed or long-inactive accounts and may refuse, modify or terminate all or part of the Services to anyone for any reason.

A listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours, or up to 24 hours in some circumstances, and eBay cannot guarantee exact listing duration. Fixed-price listings may renew automatically every calendar month, based on the listing terms at the time, until all quantities sell or the listing is ended by you or eBay in its sole discretion.

eBay Live: sellers answer for guests and personnel
eBay Live is an interactive live-streaming feature for sellers to host live events where buyers can view, interact and purchase in real time, and both sellers and buyers must follow the eBay Live policy and other rules incorporated by reference. Seller participation requires meeting eligibility criteria and complying with agreements, and each stream's primary purpose must be to promote and sell items listed through that account. Sellers are responsible for the acts and omissions of personnel and guests in their streams, and eBay may at any time in its sole discretion suspend or terminate access or require immediate removal of any individual if it believes they violated the agreement or policies.

When you access or use eBay Live as a seller or buyer, you must comply with the eBay Live policy and all other rules and policies that apply to your use of our Services
Participation in eBay Live as a seller is available to sellers who meet our eligibility criteria and remain in compliance with this User Agreement
The primary purpose of each seller's eBay Live stream must be to promote and sell items listed through that eBay account.
As an eBay Live seller, you are responsible for the acts and omissions of any personnel and guests who appear in your live streams
We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to eBay Live, or require the immediate removal of any individual from an eBay Live stream

Without limiting its ability to refuse, modify or terminate Services, eBay may terminate the agreement with anyone at any time for any reason, at its sole discretion, by giving notice. The sections on Fees and Taxes, Content, Holds and Restricted Funds, Additional Terms, Payment Services, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Release, Indemnity, Legal Disputes and General survive termination.
