Broad royalty-free content license to PayPal and moral rights waiver
Users keep content ownership but ordinarily grant PayPal and its collaborators a nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable worldwide license to operate, improve and promote current services and develop new ones, without compensation. Users warrant adequate rights and waive moral rights. Seller trademarks have a separate, narrower clause.
