DashPass benefits and fees may change; fee changes get notice before renewal
DoorDash does not warrant that particular DashPass benefits or features will be offered indefinitely and may in its sole discretion change fees or alter benefits. Some benefits are available only for a limited time or to select subscribers as DoorDash determines, and it may modify, discontinue or remove features at any time without notice. If it changes the monthly or annual fee it will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel before renewal for another term, and continued use after a fee or feature change constitutes acceptance, with updated terms applying for the remaining term and renewals.

You may not transfer or assign your DashPass subscription. DoorDash may accept, refuse, suspend or cancel it at any time in its sole discretion. If DoorDash cancels it you receive a pro rata refund for the unused prepaid time, unless DoorDash terminates your account or subscription because it determines in its sole discretion that your actions or use of the Services violates the agreement or has harmed another User.

If DoorDash cancels your DashPass subscription, you will receive a refund of your subscription fee on a pro rata basis based on the amount of time remaining in your pre-paid subscription, unless DoorDash terminates your account or your DashPass subscription because it determines, in its sole discretion, that your actions or your use of the Services violates this Agreement or has harmed another User.
