It is your responsibility to download the correct Technology for your device, DoorDash is not liable for incompatible devices, and it may terminate use with an incompatible or unauthorized device. You agree not to use another User's account, impersonate anyone, forge or manipulate headers or identifiers, or use the Services to cause nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience.
Supporting quotations
You will only use or access the Services for lawful purposes and you will not use or attempt to use the Services under false pretenses or for sending or storing any unlawful material or for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
You will only use or access the Services in accordance with all applicable laws, including copyrights, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party, including privacy, personality, or publicity rights.
You will only use or access the Services using means explicitly authorized by DoorDash.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Technology and/or Services if you are using the Technology or Services with an incompatible or unauthorized device.
You will not use or attempt to use another User’s account, impersonate any person or entity, or forge or manipulate headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services.
You will not use or attempt to use the Services to cause nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience.
