User arbitration initiation fees have a court-fee comparison
Snap pays all arbitration costs when it files. A user filing pays nonrefundable initial and administrative fees, but Snap pays the amount above the fee for filing in the specified California federal court, or Los Angeles Superior Court if federal jurisdiction is absent. Other forum fees follow its schedule.
