External service purchases and subscriptions managed through Apple or Google
Purchases made through Apple or Google Play are managed and cancelled through the corresponding store account, even after deleting the Hinge account or app. Apple handles Apple ID cancellations and refunds; Google handles Google Play cancellations.

External Service Purchases, including subscriptions, may be processed through the External Service (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), in which case those purchases must be managed through your External Service Account.
If your External Service Purchase includes an automatically renewing subscription, your External Service Account will continue to be periodically charged for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, the subscription will automatically continue for the price and time period you agreed to when subscribing.

Direct subscriptions renew for the agreed price and duration until cancelled; a promotional price may rise under the offer’s terms. Hinge says it will attempt advance notice of price changes, allowing cancellation before renewal.

Installments remain payable after cancellation, subject to law
Eligible purchases are spread over an initial payment and three later payments; the last may be smaller for rounding. Hinge charges no installment interest or finance charge and does not use a credit report for eligibility. Card-issuer fees may still apply. Cancelling does not erase unpaid installments unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Eligibility. To be eligible, you must be a Hinge member in good standing. This offer may not be available to every customer and may not be available for all Services Hinge offers. Hinge will not use a consumer credit report to determine your eligibility for this Agreement.
Payment. You authorize Hinge to charge the Payment Method selected on a periodic basis (as determined when you register). You will be charged the full price of the qualifying feature or service you selected spread equally over one initial payment due at the time of purchase and three subsequent payments (provided, however, that if the full price is not evenly divisible by four, your final payment amount may be smaller).

You can choose to prepay your next scheduled payment or the full remaining balance at any time

European 14-day statutory withdrawal rights and cancellation exceptions
EU, EEA, UK and Swiss subscribers have a 14-day refund period from subscription start. The Denmark/UK special terms exclude withdrawal from delivered digital content only where processing began with express prior consent and acknowledgment that cancellation rights are waived.

Exception to the right of cancellation: You cannot cancel an order that includes a delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if order processing has begun with your express, prior consent and acknowledgment that you thereby waive your right of cancellation. This applies, for example, to the purchase of Virtual Items. This means that these types of purchases are FINAL AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
