Prohibited Network Uses are decided in AT&T's sole determination

Because the wireless network is a shared resource AT&T manages for all customers, it forbids certain Prohibited Network Uses and may take any and all reasonable actions necessary to prevent and stop them or any other violation of its Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited Network Uses are uses that, in AT&T's sole determination: hinder other customers' access; use a mechanism to originate, amplify, enhance, retransmit or generate a radio frequency signal without permission; negatively affect the network or compromise security or capacity; excessively and disproportionately contribute to congestion; adversely affect service levels or legitimate data flows; degrade performance; harm other customers; tether a Device to a computing or IOT device without a rate plan with tethering; tether to a home gateway or router as Internet backup unless AT&T can actively manage its wireless traffic volumes; use a Device with an ineligible rate plan; resell Wireless Service; or are excessive or unreasonable.

AT&T may change, limit, suspend or end Wireless Service without advance notice

Wi-Fi Calling: not for TTY, 911 calls drop if the connection is lost, some numbers excluded

Wi-Fi Calling lets you call and text over Wi-Fi when cellular coverage is limited or unavailable. TTY Devices are not compatible with it. Your Device must be set to AT&T HD voice and have internet access, and loss of your internet connection during voice Wi-Fi Calling will disconnect your call, including 911 calls. In the U.S. or internationally you can use it to call U.S. numbers at no additional charge (excluding 411 calls and other premium numbers); international long distance rates or plans apply to calling international numbers from the U.S., and roaming rates apply to calling international numbers while traveling abroad. AT&T Wireless Internet uses a gateway device and a shared wireless plan

AT&T Wireless Internet service (formerly Wireless Home Phone and Internet) uses an AT&T Wireless Internet device that lets you connect a landline phone to place and receive calls and connect up to eleven internet-capable devices (one via Ethernet, ten via Wi-Fi) to mobile broadband over the AT&T wireless network. It requires an eligible wireless rate plan. Tiered shared plans let you share a monthly allotment of domestic talk, text and/or data among connected devices; if you exceed the allotment in a billing period you are automatically charged for overages or your data may be slowed as the plan specifies, and any allotment you do not use in a billing period (or Rollover period) is forfeited.

AT&T Phone prohibited uses: excessive use, reselling and announcement services

You agree not to use AT&T Phone Service for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or blasting, or uses that result in excessive usage inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns, and connecting it to a device that turns it into an outbound trunk line for more than one person is prohibited. If AT&T determines in its sole discretion that you are reselling or transferring the service or using it for these activities, it may without advance notice immediately terminate or modify your service, change your call plan going forward, and assess additional charges for each month of excessive usage. On calling plans with unlimited calling of any type, unless your plan's marketing materials say otherwise, consistent use above 5,000 aggregate minutes per month is presumed inconsistent with these restrictions. You may not use it, particularly Voicemail, as an announcement service; AT&T may cancel your service at any time, with or without notice, if as determined solely by AT&T your messaging service is used improperly or for unlawful purposes, consistently generates excessive usage, affects its ability to serve other customers, or interferes with another's use of the voicemail system.

Internet availability is not guaranteed, even after an order or a qualifying check

AT&T Internet Services are not available in all areas and may not be available at certain speed tiers (or at all) at your location, even if initial testing, an AT&T website or a sales representative indicated your location qualified. In a multi-tenant building, availability may depend on the owner or manager granting AT&T access. Availability may also be limited by Capacity Limitations of the technologies in AT&T's network, which AT&T finds hard to predict, so a location theoretically capable of service may not receive it at the time of an order, and a service shown as available when ordered may no longer be available at installation. Capacity Limitations may also mean that if a Service is terminated at a location for any reason it may not be possible to restore or renew it there. The text refers to a section number that is left blank in the sentence about this. AT&T also reserves the right in its sole discretion to stop offering some or all Internet Services at a location, either by terminating current service or by removing the location from eligibility for new service (Grandfathered); a Grandfathered service may not be interrupted, but if it is suspended or terminated AT&T cannot guarantee it will be renewed or restored, and new service there may be unavailable or substantially different.

This can even occur between the time that a Service is ordered and the time that the Services is installed / fulfilled, resulting in a Service that was shown as being available to a particular location at the time an order was placed no longer being available at the time of installation.
Capacity Limitations may also mean that if a Service is terminated at any location for any reason whatsoever, it may not be possible to restore or renew that Service at that location.
AT&T also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to stop offering some or all AT&T Internet Services at a particular location

AT&T may modify or discontinue Internet Service; conversions may need up to 30 days' notice or none

AT&T installs the Wi-Fi Gateway; you may not move it

The Wi-Fi Gateway is installed inside your premises and is required for the Service to function; it lets multiple devices connect wirelessly, has a power cord for a common outlet, and a battery backup is recommended in case of a power outage, with some gateways having external and others internal backup. A landline phone plugged into the RJ11 jack on the WI Device may be able to make emergency 911 calls, routed by the wireless network's automatic location technology, and you will need to provide your location address to the emergency response center.
