Business or government benefits can change without notice; account information is shared
You may receive discounts, credits, promotions and other Benefits through a business or government customer's agreement (a Business Agreement) or a military/government program. These Benefits come solely from the Business Agreement or at AT&T's discretion and may be modified or terminated without notice; they vary, depend on ongoing eligibility or enrollment criteria that AT&T may verify or audit in its discretion, and FirstNet individual users must also meet FirstNet eligibility criteria and may be re-verified. If a business or government entity pays or is liable for your charges, you authorize AT&T to share your Account information with it or its authorized agents; if you are liable for your own charges but receive Benefits under a Business Agreement, you authorize sharing enough Account information to verify continuing eligibility, and AT&T may contact you to confirm. Prepaid Multi-Line members consent to share account information with the Account Owner
By accepting an invitation to join an Account Owner's Multi-Line Account, or by using Prepaid services while part of one, the Member consents to disclosure of CPNI, meaning information about the telecommunications services purchased, how they are used and related billing information. Once a Member joins, the Member's Prepaid Account information, including account history, plan information, call detail records, billing information and voice and data usage information, is shared with and accessible by the Account Owner. The Member has the right to restrict disclosure of their CPNI and account information to the Account Owner; restricting does not affect other AT&T services the Member has but prevents the Member from joining a Prepaid Multi-Line Account, since the Account Owner needs that information to manage it.
