Subject to required regulatory approvals, DraftKings may amend these and other poker tournament terms for any reason at any time with notice to you. Changes take effect when posted on its website or app. You must review the applicable rules before entering; entering or continuing after an amendment signifies agreement to it.

DraftKings may cancel a tournament before or after it starts
Subject to any required regulatory approvals, DraftKings may cancel a tournament for any reason, whether or not play has begun. Examples include server, connection, technical or network problems, severe service degradation, and too few players. Cancellation payments are governed separately by the tournament cancellation rules.
