Teladoc warns unauthorized words or images may violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other laws; copyright in materials, including layout and format, belongs to Teladoc or licensed content providers.

Teladoc and third-party names, marks and logos cannot be used for advertising, publicity or to imply sponsorship or affiliation without express written permission from their owner. The services grant no implied trademark license. You must also follow other proprietary and copyright notices in the services.

Nothing contained within the Teladoc Services should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, waiver or otherwise, any license or right of use to any trademark displayed on or through the Teladoc Services without the written permission of Teladoc Health or the third-party owner of the trademark, if any.
The Teladoc Services may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed by You.
