Electronic Records may be delivered to you in a variety of ways. These various delivery methods are described in our Online Access Agreement and in other agreements we may have with you from time to time. In some cases, you will be able to choose whether to receive certain Communications electronically, or on paper, or both. We will provide you with instructions on how to make those choices when they are available.

Assisted enrollment may require another action to affirm consent
When you use an Electronic Service through a Wells Fargo representative or its equipment, enrollment may require further action. Wells Fargo will tell you at enrollment what to do. Completing that action affirms electronic-record and signature consent. Electronic Services include present and future products accessed through internet, websites, email, messaging or apps.

If you utilize an Electronic Service through one of our customer service representatives or using our equipment, your enrollment may not be complete until you take additional action. We will advise you, at the time of your enrollment, of any additional action you must take. If you take the required action, it is an affirmation of your consent to use Electronic Records and signatures under the terms of this ESIGN Consent.
"Electronic Service" means each and every product and service we offer that you apply for, use, administer or access using the Internet, a website, email, messaging services (including text messaging), and/or software applications (including applications for mobile or hand-held devices), either now or in the future.

Covered records include account statements, fee notices and legal disclosures
Examples include periodic account and activity statements, disclosures and notices, fee or assessment notices such as late, overdraft, over-limit and returned-item fees, and disclosures Wells Fargo must or chooses to provide. The consent broadly covers product-related Communications, including information it provides and information you sign, submit or agree to at its request, for current or future products you apply for, own, use, administer or access. The consent’s exclusions still apply: legally barred electronic delivery stays on paper while required, and tax statements need a separate electronic election if available.

Declining electronic records for a new product leaves other consent in place
When you seek a new product, Wells Fargo may remind you of your existing consent. Choosing not to use electronic records and signatures for that new product or service does not withdraw consent for any other Wells Fargo Product.

From time to time, you may seek to obtain a new Wells Fargo Product from us. When you do, we may remind you that you have already given us your consent to use Electronic Records and signatures. If you decide not to use Electronic Records and signatures in connection with the new product or service, your decision does not mean you have withdrawn this consent for any other Wells Fargo Product.
You may withdraw consent, with possible loss of services and higher fees
You may withdraw consent at any time, but it becomes effective only after Wells Fargo has a reasonable opportunity to act. Withdrawal may terminate access to Electronic Services, including online banking, and the use of certain products. If you receive online statements, termination results in paper statements mailed by the U.S. Postal Service or another courier. Depending on the product, higher or additional product or related-service fees may apply under the relevant agreement.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please be aware, however, that withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of:
your access to our Electronic Services, including online banking, and
your ability to use certain Wells Fargo Products.
Your withdrawal of consent will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.
If you are receiving online account statements, the termination will cause paper statements to be mailed to you via the U.S. Postal Service or other courier. Depending on the specific Wells Fargo Product, if you withdraw consent we may charge higher or additional fees for that product or for services related to it. Please refer to the applicable agreement for any fee that may apply.
Qualifications & exceptions
Withdrawal takes effect after a reasonable opportunity to act.
Service termination is possible; mailed statements follow termination if you receive online statements.
Any higher or additional fees depend on the product and applicable agreement.
Not stated here
This consent does not specify a fixed processing time or the applicable fee amounts.

Electronic records require supported software, internet and email
To receive Electronic Records, you need internet access, an active email address, a supported browser and a program that accurately reads and displays PDFs, plus a computer and operating system supporting them. Browser and PDF software must be versions currently supported by their publishers. Printing and retaining paper records requires a printer; keeping electronic records requires electronic storage. Some applications may require a specific device brand or type. Wells Fargo can also discontinue software support if it considers a security or other flaw to make the version unsuitable.

To receive Electronic Records, you must have access to:
a Current Version (defined below) of an Internet browser we support,
a connection to the Internet,
a Current Version of a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files (such as Adobe® Acrobat® Reader),
a computer and an operating system capable of supporting all of the above. You will also need a printer if you wish to print out and retain records on paper, and electronic storage if you wish to retain records in electronic form, and
an active email address.
In some cases, you may also need a specific brand or type of device that can support a particular software application, including an application intended for particular mobile or handheld devices.
By "Current Version," we mean a version of the software that is currently being supported by its publisher.
We reserve the right to discontinue support of a Current Version of software if, in our sole opinion, it suffers from a security flaw or other flaw that makes it unsuitable for use with Electronic Services.
Qualifications & exceptions
A printer is needed only to print and retain records on paper; electronic storage is needed to retain them electronically.
Specific applications may require a particular device.
Publisher support does not prevent Wells Fargo from withdrawing support for a version it considers unsuitable.
