Retention & Deletion · Company commitment
Deletion is subject to legally required retention
Wells Fargo says banking rules and laws determine how long data must be kept and when it may be deleted. It says it deletes data when allowed or when the minor or parent/legal guardian asks, unless the law requires retention. A deletion request therefore does not guarantee that every record will immediately be erased.
