Requests must be received by Hilton Reservations and Customer Care within six (6) months from the date of activity. For new members, credit is accepted for any Stay occurring within thirty (30) days prior to enrollment in the Program. To change the location of a Reward stay reservation you must first cancel the existing reservation and then book the new one at the desired property, and to change the dates you must do the same.
