Charities license their name and logo to Venmo for promotion and commercial co-ventures

By opening a charity profile you let Venmo use your charity's information to promote it or solicit donations on Venmo, and grant Venmo and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, multi-tier sublicensable, royalty-free license during the agreement to publicly use and display your trademarks, logos and other information to promote the charity (including in marketing emails to users), to identify you as accepting Venmo, and for other uses you specifically consent to. You warrant you control those rights and waive moral rights against Venmo, while keeping ownership of your marks. You also permit your charity's name to be used in commercial co-ventures, in which merchants working with Venmo can promote sales partly on a promise to donate to your charity.
