Accessing over 1,000,000 posts a day in violation of the Terms costs $15,000 per million
To the extent applicable law permits, if you violate the Terms, or induce or knowingly facilitate others to do so, you are jointly and severally liable to X for liquidated damages of $15,000 USD per 1,000,000 posts for requesting, viewing or accessing more than 1,000,000 posts (including replies, video and image posts) in any 24-hour period. This is in addition to X's other legal remedies. You agree these amounts are a reasonable estimate of X's damages, not a penalty, and do not limit X's ability to recover in other ways, including statutory damages or equitable relief.

to the extent permitted by applicable law, if you violate the Terms, or you induce or knowingly facilitate others to do so, in addition to all other legal remedies available to us, you will be jointly and severally liable to us for liquidated damages
